Need to start a return, exchange it for something different, or check the status on an existing return? You're in the right place.
How Returns Work (US)
We accept returns within 60 days of your delivery window.
Start a return or exchange and send us back your gear using the label we provide.
We receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days after delivery).
Receive your refund via store credit (20% bonus) or exchange it for a similar item (no return fees), or return funds to your original payment method ($8 return fee applied)
How Returns Work (International)
We accept returns within 60 days of your delivery window.
Start a return and send us back your gear using your own label.
Within 15-20 business days we should receive and inspect your return.
You will incur no extra Moment fees when returning using your own shipping label.
Return Policy
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging/accessories
- Some items like digital downloads, gift cards, open box items, shipping insurance, and closeout items are not eligible for return
- Third party products: If the product shows signs of use, packaging is damaged, or the seal is broken a 15% restocking fee will be applied
